Hear itThe rate is in the contract
Synthflow is an enterprise voice-agent platform with its own telephony, warm transfers and a long compliance list. Its pricing page carries one figure: contracts start at $30,000 a year, and the per-minute rate is in the agreement. We publish ours. Pay as you go is ₹5 a minute with the phone line inside, and steady volume takes it to ₹1.
Synthflow is built for the enterprise buyer. Its pricing page has one plan, Enterprise, and one number: contracts start at $30,000 a year. The rate per minute, the concurrency and the telephony setup are scoped in the agreement. That’s a fine way to buy if you have a procurement team and a quarter to spend.
Most Indian teams calling customers don’t. They want to know what a minute costs before they talk to anyone, and they want to hear the agent in their own language today. So we put the rate on the page. Speech recognition, the model and the voice are ours, and they run on our own GPUs in India. On pay as you go the phone line is in the price too.
On Synthflow, $30,000 a year is where the conversation starts. At the ECB rate that is ₹28.49 lakh, before the rate per minute you agree on. Its docs count calls per second, pool the seconds across calls, and record an unanswered call as 5 seconds.
Ours is ₹5 a minute on pay as you go, line included. So 1,000 minutes cost ₹5,000. When your volume is steady, the volume plan takes it to ₹1 a minute. We bill in 10-second blocks, and if nobody picks up you pay nothing. The pricing guide shows how to forecast a month from your own call lengths.

Which to pick
Sometimes it's them. We'll say so.
Transfers. Synthflow hands a call to a person cold or warm, with an AI summary for the agent who picks up. We can’t do that yet. Compliance, too: its security page lists ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI DSS, and it hosts in the US and the EU. And it sells numbers directly for the US, Canada and Australia, with your own carrier on an Enterprise account. We call India, on +91 numbers from us or from Plivo, and a new workspace starts with 5 calls at a time until you ask for more.
Moving
Bring the agent you have. Most of it carries across.
Step 1
Look around with no sign-up. We ask for an email only when you test a call.
Step 2
Paste the prompt you already wrote into Agent Studio, and pick a voice and a language.
Step 3
Test it in your browser or on your own phone, then go live the same day.
Your prompt and greeting carry over into Agent Studio. A script with branches fits a node-based agent, and the prompt-or-nodes guide helps you choose. Bulk calls become a campaign that dials your list from a CSV, inside the hours you set, and pauses if the wallet runs low.
Then put both on your own phone, with your real script, and listen. The latency guide shows how to time the gap between the caller’s last word and the reply.
Questions
Its pricing page doesn't say. The one figure on it is that Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually, about ₹28.49 lakh at the ECB rate, and the per-minute rate comes from your agreement. Ours is ₹5 a minute on pay as you go, with the phone line inside, and ₹1 a minute on the volume plan.
The pricing page points you to a sales conversation and lists one plan, Enterprise. With us you open the sandbox without an account, test a call with an email, and go live the same day.
Hindi, on its own and inside its Multilingual mode. Its list doesn't name Gujarati, Tamil or Telugu. Ours speaks all five, with Hinglish in between, in speech recognition and in the voice.
On Synthflow, importing your own number needs an Enterprise account, and the numbers it sells directly are for the US, Canada and Australia. With us, buy a +91 number from us or connect the Plivo number you already have.
