Find out why a customer gave you a 3.

A 3 out of 5 on a form leaves you guessing what went wrong. The agent calls the day after a visit, asks for the score and then why, and keeps the answer in the customer's own words. If the reason is a problem still waiting to be fixed, your team hears about it.

  1. Agent

Hello, I'm Acme Appliances' AI assistant. Your AC was serviced at home yesterday. Can I ask two questions about it? It'll take a minute.

  2. Caller

    Yes, go ahead.

  3. Agent

On a scale of one to five, how would you rate yesterday's service?

  4. Caller

    Three.

  5. Agent

    Why three? What was missing?

  6. Caller

The technician came two hours late, and the cooling still isn't what it used to be.

  7. Agent

I'm sorry. I'm passing the cooling issue to the service team, and they'll get in touch. Anything else you'd like to tell us?

  8. Caller

    No, that's all.

  9. Agent

Your feedback is noted. Thank you, have a good day.

One row for every person you call.

Upload a spreadsheet, or send each customer from your own system. Phone number first. The rest is what the agent needs to know.

ColumnNeededWhat goes in it
phone Required The number to call, with the country code (+91…). A ten-digit Indian mobile gets +91 added. In Excel, format this column as Text first so the number is not changed.
customer_name Optional e.g. Meena
service_type Optional e.g. AC service
visit_date Optional e.g. yesterday
job_id Optional e.g. JOB-77310 · Never read out. It comes back with the result, so a complaint lands on the right job and technician.
city Optional e.g. Hyderabad · For slicing the results later. The agent doesn't see it.

What comes back

What you get after every call.

When the call ends, your system gets the transcript and the answer. Your campaign report gets a row for every customer.

Your first round

Set it up in four steps.

  1. Write a short prompt in the sandbox: who’s calling, a request for two questions, the score, one why, and thanks.
  2. Talk to it as a happy customer, an angry one, and someone who only wants to complain about the price.
  3. Upload yesterday’s finished jobs. A sample is enough. You don’t need to call everyone.
  4. Watch the results fill in on the campaign page. The download gives one row per customer with the score, the summary and the transcript, ready for your weekly review.

Cost

What one call costs.

One connected call, on the plan you choose. T1 is chosen; T3 and T5 are one press away.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T1, one connected call

₹2

A 120-second call at ₹1 a minute.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T3, one connected call

₹6

A 120-second call at ₹3 a minute.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T5, one connected call

₹10

A 120-second call at ₹5 a minute.

₹1 a minute on our volume plan. Two questions and a short reason take about two minutes, so ₹2. A customer with a complaint talks for longer, and that’s usually the call you most wanted. Size the sample to the decisions you’ll make from it.

Your price · T1

₹1 a minute¹

₹1,000 for 1,000 minutes

₹1,00,000 / month minimum, credited to your wallet; your usage counts towards it. Our phone line adds ₹0.30 and call insights ₹0.20 a minute, if you want them.

Your price · T3

₹3 a minute¹

₹3,000 for 1,000 minutes

₹50,000 / month minimum, credited to your wallet; your usage counts towards it. The phone line and call insights are in the rate.

Your price · T5

₹5 a minute¹

₹5,000 for 1,000 minutes

Pay as you go from your wallet. The phone line and call insights are in the rate.

The working
  • 120 s → 12 blocks of 10 s = 120 s billed
  • T1: 120 s × ₹1 ÷ 60 = ₹2
  • T3: 120 s × ₹3 ÷ 60 = ₹6
  • T5: 120 s × ₹5 ÷ 60 = ₹10

T5 and T3 include our phone line and call insights. On T1 you add them if you want them, and this call then comes to about ₹3.

T1's ₹1,00,000 a month covers about 50,000 of these calls. T3's ₹50,000 a month covers about 8,333 of these calls. The minimum goes into your wallet as credit.

You pay when someone picks up. Missed, busy and failed calls are free. A voicemail counts as a call.

In detail

What to know before you start.

Forms reach the people who like forms

Email and WhatsApp surveys mostly come back from customers who enjoy filling them in. A short call in their own language reaches many of the others. It also gets the part a form rarely does: the reason. “Technician दो घंटे late आया” is something an operations manager can act on today.

Some scores are open jobs

The customer who gives a 3 because the AC still isn’t cooling has a job waiting on you, and the call just found it. The agent says sorry, tells them the service team will be in touch, and flags the call. Each flagged call can open a ticket in your helpdesk by itself, with the job id attached.

Then a person has to ring them, and soon, because the customer was just promised that. Call back every 1 or 2 as well, even without a complaint. The agent can’t transfer calls yet, so the flag is what turns “मैं team तक पहुँचा रही हूँ” into a callback.

Same question, same order, every call

Scores only compare when everyone is asked the same way. The agent asks the same question in the same order every time, with no leading follow-up. A technician in Hyderabad stays comparable with one in Pune, month after month. Tell it never to argue with a score or explain a bad visit away.

Is a survey a service call?

It’s close to one under TRAI’s latest rules, because it’s about a service the customer just had. Confirm it with your telecom provider, and keep offers out of it: a survey that ends in a pitch is promotional. If you record, say so in the opening line.

Questions

Questions people ask before they start.

Will people actually answer a survey call?

Some won't, and we can't promise how many will. You pay only for the calls someone picks up, missed ones are tried again if you allow it, and the report shows how many you reached. Asking for one minute and two questions helps people say yes.

Can we ask the NPS question, 0 to 10?

Yes. Write the question the way your customers would hear it on the phone, and set the score to run from 0 to 10. The why question works the same either way.

Do we get their words in Hindi, or a translation?

Their words. The transcript keeps each language as it was spoken, Hinglish included. You can still ask for the one-line summary in English.

How do we avoid calling the same customer twice?

Inside one campaign, a number is called once. Across campaigns, the console can skip anyone you reached in any earlier campaign, so turn that on only if that's what you mean. Or remove repeats before you upload.

Can we survey every customer at ₹1 a minute?

Yes, once you're calling enough to spend ₹1,00,000 a month. That's our volume plan, and the money sits in your wallet as credit. Most teams start with a sample at ₹5 a minute, no commitment, and move to the volume plan once they call everyone.
