What an agent costs

ElevenLabs bills in dollars. For agents, its plans come with a block of minutes. After that, each minute is about ₹7.60 ($0.08). The language model is billed separately, and your phone provider bills you for the line.

Ours is ₹1 a minute on the volume plan, with the model inside, or ₹5 pay as you go with the line included too.

Who runs each part of the call

ElevenLabs runs the voice, the speech recognition and the agent platform. The language model is billed on top, and the line comes from your carrier. We run all five.

Models: price

The voice and the ears, on their own

For speech on its own, 10 lakh characters cost ₹3,798 on ElevenLabs’ Turbo and Flash models, and ₹7,597 on v4. Fourier TTS costs ₹1,800, and a request that fails costs nothing.

ElevenLabs’ Scribe transcribes 90+ languages, from ₹20.89 ($0.22) an hour. Ours is ₹18 an hour of audio. It’s built for Indian phone calls, and it tells you who spoke when.

On RinggAI’s public test of 10,000 Hindi recordings, Fourier STT had the lowest error rate of the five systems tested, at 9.12%. The ElevenLabs output in that dataset came in at 11.11%. ElevenLabs beats us on one part of the test, FLEURS, and the recordings are read speech, not phone calls. So try your own.

Switching

For speech, Fourier TTS speaks OpenAI’s speech API rather than ElevenLabs’. You send a model name, a voice, a format and the text. Ask for ulaw_8000 and the audio goes straight into a Twilio or Plivo stream. The OpenAI-compatible TTS guide shows the first request. For agents, your prompt and greeting carry over as they are.

Then run the test that matters. Write twenty lines your callers will really hear, with names, amounts and English words inside your language. Play both voices to people who speak it every day, without saying which is which. The Hindi TTS guide has a starter set.

Is ElevenLabs' $0.08 a minute comparable to your ₹5?

Not quite. ElevenLabs' $0.08, about ₹7.60, covers the voice, the speech recognition and the platform. The language model is billed on top, and your phone provider bills you for the line. Our ₹5 on pay as you go is all of it.

What do 10 lakh characters of speech cost?

On ElevenLabs, ₹3,798 ($40) on v4 Turbo or Flash, and ₹7,597 ($80) on v4. On Fourier TTS, ₹1,800.

Is Fourier TTS ₹1 a minute?

No. ₹1 a minute buys a whole phone agent on our volume plan, one that listens, thinks and talks. The voice on its own is priced by text, at ₹1.80 per 1,000 characters.

Can I keep my ElevenLabs code?

Not as it is. Fourier TTS speaks OpenAI's speech API, so calls written for the ElevenLabs SDK need a small rewrite. If your code already uses an OpenAI client, you only change the base URL and the model name.

Do you speak Tamil, Telugu or Bengali?

Tamil and Telugu, yes. They're live in our speech recognition and our voice, alongside Hindi, Gujarati, English and Hinglish. Bengali, Marathi and Kannada are on our roadmap, and each gets a date once it passes our tests. If you need others today, ElevenLabs has them.
